Donald has been involved in water and sanitation access equality advocacy since secondary school. In 2013, he co-founded Initiative: Eau and currently serves as the organization’s CEO and President of its Board of Directors.
Concurrently, he is a visiting researcher through the Fulbright Program of the U.S. Department of State in Burkina Faso investigating urban water quality to inform infrastructure investment to reduce water-borne disease.
He holds a degree in molecular biology and global health from Harvard University. Previously, he was a research fellow in immunology and infectious diseases at the Harvard FAS Center for Systems Biology, and a research associate with the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative.
